Mikayla is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a Master's Degree in Social Work from California State University, East Bay. She is currently obtaining hours for individual licensure under the supervision of Phillip Atkinson, PhD, ABPP (#21927).
Mikayla firmly believes that each individual is the expert of their own story and works collaboratively with clients to foster personal growth and resilience. She is passionate about helping clients navigate the challenges of life with empathy, self-awareness, and practical tools.
Mikayla provides a supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and work toward healing. As a Christian, Mikayla is open to integrating a faith-based perspective into therapy for clients who wish to incorporate their faith into their healing process.
