Rachel Votaw Ochoa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Registered Art Therapist with a Master of Arts in Marital and Family Therapy. She works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, attachment wounds, PTSD, relationship challenges, and chronic pain.

 

Drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches--including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Art Therapy--Rachel thoughtfully tailors each session to meet the unique needs of her clients.

 

Her therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and empathetic, yet also honest and direct, creating a space where clients feel both supported and empowered to move toward deeper healing and lasting change.
